Workflow
Send a finished mix. Mastering is the last pass before release—level, tone, spacing between album tracks, and prints for streaming, vinyl, or both.
Mixing is inside the song. Mastering is across the release.
Scope
EQ, dynamics, limiting, and a second pair of ears. Sometimes that is a light touch; sometimes we send you back to stems if the stereo mix is hiding a fix.
ISRCs, gaps, and true-peak targets when your distributor asks for them. Say where the record is going if you are not sure what to print.
Dense mixes
Metal is easy to squash. The goal is loud enough without fried cymbals or a kick that turns to paste.
