How booking works
- Email first. Send what you have (rough length, format, deadline fantasy vs reality). We reply when we can—no ticket system, just humans.
- Files. Prefer 24-bit WAV or AIFF; include reference level notes if you care. Stems only when agreed—mastering is not a remix service by default.
- Revisions. One round of substantive tweaks is normal if we missed intent; endless ping-pong is not. Be specific; we respond in kind.

Stereo master
Single stereo mix → finished master(s) for digital (and other targets we agree on).
Placeholder: project bands (e.g. per song / EP / album). Replace with real numbers when you publish pricing—this is intentionally non-binding copy.
Stem / rescue
When the mix needs more than two channels to survive—vocals / instruments split with a plan, not a free-for-all.

Turnaround
Standard queue is not same-day unless we say so. Rush costs extra when we can take it—life happens, masters should not sound like they were squeezed in between panic attacks.
